The site has some problems with the Google Doc voting system and they abandoned it. Now its replaced by a Poll Daddy poll which also checks IP, cookies etc to prevent multiple voting.

It also means that those of you who voted earlier, should vote again. If you voted when Google Doc voting was there , Please vote again.
