Is it a good idea to create an additonal Forum Topic of "Help Desk" for Forum Members to post their problems or New softwares problems/querries encountered? Tutorials presentation or illustrations as problem solving can then be replied to those requests made on Forum "Tutorial" Topic as a guidance and reference to members?
This can promote good friendship and relations among members and also their participation in Forum postings and not just request from members and replies from moderators.
Will Moderators consider and accept this request?
