MS Paint is a very popular program in Windows XP and when Windows 7 was released, it did come with new Paint, but the interface was totally changed to include the ribbon. In case you are not finding it easy to work with the new interface, you can get back the old Windows XP paint interface on Windows 7 with Paint XP for Windows 7. Paint XP is a standalone program with the old simple user interface of the Paint program.
