The Grabbit iPad 2 Case Giveaway contest is only open to residents of the U.S. and Canada. The contest winners will be announced on Saturday December 3rd and their prize will be mailed to them so that it arrives in time before Christmas day.

That is all the company is asking for, that you just write a review for them on Amazon.com after you win the prize and have a chance to test it.
