Very strange when I use Bullguard which is incorporated outpost firewall/technology, the downloading runs pretty smooth.
I doubt that Agnitum would be licensing their latest FW to other companies.
Did it slow down the speed when you downloaded files from all websites or
was it slowing downloads from any particular website alone?
