Norton Internet Security trouble (utorrent speed drops with smart firewall)

Hi ,

2day I installed NIS2010 trial.

Settings: everything default. Just disabled anti-spam, parental control

The problem. - On enabling Smart Firewall, my utorrent uploads speed drops from 250kbps to 110kbps, & this I have checked multiple times.

Any help is appreciated.

UPDATE:1 When i enable firewall & disable Intrusion Detection, utorrent upload speed is good.
