Just browse to Firewall tasks>> advanced>>Network Security Policy >> Application Rules >> Windows updater application. Right click on the rule to edit it. Set Ask for both TCP or UDP and direction in/out. This should do the trick.Originally Posted by Grr

If it still doesn't do the trick, I am afraid you need to check your system for malware as the file that you are talking about may be infected.

Isnt this the same thing that I mentioned here ???
PS: If possible download Dr.web cure it portable scanner and run a complete scan, it will remove malwares/viruses.
