Keepass is very good, stores unlimited passwords, you can classify them into diff categories like General/Network/email/ etc.

Even if someone copies your Keepass database they cant access it without the master password
I've used KeePass for years, but when I first heard about LastPass about two years ago (?), I decided to give it a try. It was easy and very convenient to use, but eventually I got uncomfortable about storing my passwords in the 'cloud', so I went back to KeePass for good. LastPass proved to be difficult to remove, even using Revo Uninstaller. Took me several hours to dig through the registry and snake through Docs and Settings in five XP Pro machines to get it off everything!

I realize more and more computing is being done online - MS's web version of Office 2010 comes to mind - but passwords? No, I'll stick with handling them locally.
