Blocking all ads is never a solution. Even though everyone can hate the ads, these ads are helpful in making blogs stay oline if nothing else. Blogs as everyone of you know are a great source of information. IF ads were not there, most of the good blogs would have been dead even before starting. Money is needed to make blog stay online.

so better solution is more precaution at the ad serving companies like yahoo, google etc plus increased awareness among users.

You can block ads of sites you dont trust, i use no script to test "temporary allow all pages", if anything looks suspicious i revoke the rule, else i make it permanent.
A-squared anti-malware pro also helps blocking certain parts of websites, i have used that on a PC.
