    You can block ads of sites you dont trust, i use no script to test "temporary allow all pages", if anything looks suspicious i revoke the rule, else i make it permanent.
    A-squared anti-malware pro also helps blocking certain parts of websites, i have used that on a PC.

    That is what I also do with NoScript...
