Nice review, if you did it for first time. You may have let the scan go on as thats one of the key factors. As you may have realised now, writing a real review is a time consuming process. Hope to see more from you in future.

    Thanks again.

Also, I know it can be installed even on a non-genuine Windows

Well, I do a lot of testing and hence I know. For working systems, I never rely on MS for security.

Also, Every non genuine version is genuine until you install that MS genuine advantage update which check your system otherwise even all your updates will work if you just ignore that WGA update.

Also, Most people know there are loads of ways which bypass that WGA stuff and if you do a lot of testing, you know it works or not.

I do test even cracks etc just to check how good or bad they are and I do write abt them sometimes too.

i have an ancient xp machine with just microsoft security essentials installed along with windows firewall and have had no issues with it so far. it all depends on the user of the machine and how to plan to use a particular machine. basic security is good enough if u know the purpose of a machines use and u stick to that use only

yes i agree with you Reviews only provide a brief idea about antivirus features but it depends upon the users machine and his habits in choosing a best Antivirus Software. better stick to a Antivirus which suites your needs.
